Cardio - part 2 - an easy workout

Give this workout a try - 25 mins total - you choose the intensity - the harder you work, the more you get out of it.

Warm up - 5 mins - on any CV machine or jogging around/on the spot to get you warm.

5 exercise circuit - 45sec on each exercise, 15 sec rest

repeat 4 times!

> Side to side sprint - 3steps to the right, and 3steps to the left

> Skipping - with or without rope - light on the feet and jump a little as fast as possible

This is a nice and simple workout you can do ANYWHERE! and if you can't complete it 4 times, you complete it as much as you can! and hey, when you get fitter, you can do progressions or do it more times!
