About

Hello everyone, thank you for visting my website!  My name is Mark McConnachie, I started a facebook page called Mc's Fitipedia 3 months ago, my aim was to create a fitness community, giving out advice on all aspects of health, fitness, nutrition and sport - plus much more! With the success of the page, I decided to expand and create a website in order to give more opportunity for everyone to access all the information I was throwing at them!

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

The world is a busy place, you don't always have time to go to the gym, or meet your PT in a park so... I'll virtually come to you via facetime, skype or video call!  Whatever means you have to video link, I'll be there!  Anywhere in the world!

All you need is a connection and I'll do the rest - equipment or not, space or not, WE WILL WORKOUT!

 

Individual or group training available!

SPORTS COACHING

Private adult or junior tuition to improve skills, performance or just to learn something new.  Sports range from football, tennis, athletics and much more!

 

Individual or group sessions available

MEAL PLANS

Nutrition is a minefield of questions and answers; what should you eat, when, how much? I will create a custom meal plan depending on your needs, food likes and dislikes.  Healthy eating doesn't need to be chicken and rice everyday, you can eat well and with flavour!

SPORTS MASSAGE

If you are recovering from an injury, tough training period or just need to realise tension, this is one of the best ways to do it, completely mobile - my place or yours! - professional service from an ex-athlete who knows the score!
